ASSISTANCE TO THE SOLE MANAGER OF THE PROCEDURE

Based on the experience of the RDP established by the Province of Bolzano, we offer our skills and our support for administrative activities to the RUP from the very first design stages to the final testing. Thanks to the professionalism of our staff and the technical training skills demonstrated by the same in recent years, we have activated within our company the process of verifying the projects to support the person in charge of the procedure in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Code Legislative Decree 12 April 2006 n. 163 and Implementation Regulation Presidential Decree 5 October n. 207. New Engineering is therefore able to support the RUP in the phases of verification and validation of the design of the work.

At the basis of a correct energy diagnosis there is a correct inspection of the property with adequate instruments. Our company is equipped with the Flir B400 thermal imaging camera. FLIR B400 Series thermal imaging cameras have been specifically designed for the construction market. These thermal imaging cameras are equipped with important features, such as insulation and dew point alarms, which help greatly simplify building inspections. Energy audits are aimed at identifying the criticalities inside the building and the possible energy savings in terms of plant management, property management, thermal insulation. The diagnosis of consumption includes the analysis of real needs, the real energy balance, the creation of consumption indicators and the search for solutions on the management and management of the building-plant system. With a well executed diagnosis it becomes possible to carry out an action plan for the reduction of energy costs also by introducing the production of renewable energy.

Within the company, some professionals registered in the list of Certificators of the Autonomous Province of Trento are available. The skills developed and the procedures refined in the execution of energy certificates allow us to offer an integrated service to the Client (public and private) who need to energetically certify a building, a single real estate unit or a complex of buildings. Our technicians can draw up energy certifications according to Italian legislation or following the specific regulations issued by the regions or autonomous provinces (in particular according to the legislation in force in the Autonomous Province of Trento, but also according to the Piedmontese legislation). Our procedures for issuing the energy certificate follow the indications of the certification body of the Province of Trento (Odatech) and are therefore a guarantee for the Client of impartiality in the certification. These procedures include, among other things, carrying out inspections aimed at verifying the energy performance of the individual components of the building-plant system during their construction. It has been verified that this way of proceeding allows to intervene with constructive improvements and / or materials directly during the construction phase, if the certifier deems it appropriate and the economic advantage on the life cycle of the building. The offer of our company in the field of energy certifications also includes the certificates required for "transfers for consideration or leasing of entire properties or individual real estate units" for which we use the simplified methodologies indicated in the legislation. In this type of certificates we are able to guarantee the Client promptness and cost-effectiveness in the service provided.

Our staff has gained considerable experience in supporting private clients wishing to renovate or redevelop their properties. In fact, we are able to indicate to the customer which technical solutions are able to guarantee the maximum cost-effectiveness of the intervention on the life cycle envisaged for the property. This type of assessment goes into detail on the energy behavior of the building-plant system, allows you to evaluate which investments are most appropriate for each specific case (insulation of the building envelope, renovation of air conditioning systems, replacement of parts of the envelope, adoption of technologies for the production of energy from renewable sources, etc.). The detailed knowledge of the legislative panorama relating to state or provincial incentives and subsidies also allows our staff to suggest to the client the choice of the easing tool best suited to the type of intervention.
